Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Crack one egg into each muffin cup, then drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper, followed by a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on each egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7-12 minutes depending on your desired yolk texture (soft to firm).
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
