Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups mashed bananas
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ¾ cup cooking oil or melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, blend eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, and oil until smooth.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
