Ingredients
- 1 large rectangular puff pastry sheet (13 oz)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 4 large egg yolks
- Fresh blueberries and raspberries for topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Warm the milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, and corn starch until fluffy. Gradually add warm milk while whisking to prevent lumps.
- Cook over medium heat until it thickens; let cool.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares (about 5 inches each). Shape pastries by cutting edges and folding corners.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cooled, fill each pastry with custard cream and top with fresh berries and almond slices.
