  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider, melted butter, sugar, egg, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about three-fourths full with batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
