Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons of blackberry jam
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; absorb excess grease with paper towels.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer cheese, turkey bacon, and blackberry jam.
- Top with remaining bread slices (buttered side facing up).
- Heat skillet over medium heat; cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
