- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if desired)
- 1/4 cup milk (soy or any preferred alternative)
- 100 g fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all base ingredients: rolled oats, yogurt, milk, raspberries, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler until fully combined.
- Layer raspberries at the bottom of a jar and top with blended oat mixture. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
