- 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, cocktail sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if desired) until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini pasta with grape tomatoes, sliced celery, green olives, and turkey bacon. Toss gently until evenly mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss again to coat everything thoroughly.
- Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled after giving it a gentle stir.
