- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- In one bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- For the cream cheese filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each muffin liner with one tablespoon of batter, followed by one teaspoon of cream cheese filling, then top with another tablespoon of batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
