- 4 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir espresso powder into the melted butter until well combined.
- Mash three ripe bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork until smooth.
- Combine the banana puree with the espresso-butter mixture.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix well.
- Incorporate the beaten egg until fully blended.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in grated semi-sweet chocolate evenly throughout the batter.
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
