Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your cake pan.
- Blend grated carrots, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the carrot blend into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For frosting: Heat sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla until thickened; whisk in cocoa powder.
- Frost cooled cake and add sprinkles if desired.
