Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the pears, then slice them in half lengthwise and remove the core.
- Arrange the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter, then mix with balsamic vinegar and honey until well combined.
- Drizzle the glaze over the pears ensuring they are well-coated.
- Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes until tender and golden brown. Baste halfway through for added richness.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
