Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown on both sides; slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cheeses until melted and smooth; season as desired.
- Toss cooked linguine in the Alfredo sauce and add sliced chicken. Serve immediately.
