  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Chopped parsley (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika; sear in the skillet until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt additional butter. Pour in cream and milk while stirring gently. Add cheeses gradually until melted and smooth; season to taste.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, then fold in the steak strips. Serve immediately.
