Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries; slice in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the center of each half using a small melon baller or spoon.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the mixture until fluffy.
- Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake filling and generously pipe it into each strawberry cavity.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and brown sugar; sprinkle over filled strawberries.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
