Ingredients
- 1 (20oz) container of cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24oz) jar of pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove excess grease from the beef, then stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese. Simmer until well combined.
- Gently mix cooked tortellini into the sauce before transferring everything to the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes; switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve warm alongside your favorite sides.
