Ingredients
- 2.25 pounds ground beef
- 1 big block of Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
- 1 box bowtie noodles (farfalle)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Lower the heat and mix in cubed Velveeta cheese, softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet and gently fold until well combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
