Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ⅔ pound bowtie pasta
- 2⅔ cups heavy cream
- 2⅔ ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced garlic
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook bite-sized chicken pieces until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Then pour in heavy cream and softened cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted, then toss the cooked pasta into the skillet to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
