  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of the filling. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté additional minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
