Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, granulated sugar, and yeast; let bloom for 5 minutes.
- Mix in half the vegetable oil, flour, and salt until sticky dough forms.
- Allow dough to rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 450°F; prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper and remaining oil.
- Press risen dough into pan edges; bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
- Brush melted butter-sugar mixture over baked crust and spread cherry filling on top.
- Combine crumble ingredients until clumpy; sprinkle over cherry filling.
- Bake again for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle glaze over warm pizza; cool before slicing.
