- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 48 pretzels
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for melting chocolate)
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts (optional topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash Greek yogurt and diced strawberries until well combined.
- On a parchment-lined baking tray, arrange 28 pretzels. Top each with about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture, then place another pretzel on top to create sandwiches.
- Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours until the yogurt is solid.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short increments until smooth.
- Dip each frozen pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired, and return to parchment paper to set.
