  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini until smooth.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
