Instructions
- If using leftover shrimp, gently warm it; otherwise, prepare fresh Pan-Seared Citrus Shrimp.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp and leafy greens.
- Drizzle with olive oil and citrus juice; toss lightly to coat.
- Gently fold in avocado, minced shallots, and toasted almonds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
