- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado

- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice-water bath.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolks with avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, sriracha, paprika, salt, and pepper; mash until smooth.
- Pipe the filling into egg whites using a piping bag.
- Garnish with smoked paprika and chives before serving.
