  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine non-dairy yogurt, cashew butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to drop dollops of the mixture onto the sheet.
  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
  4. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
