- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Fit two 9-inch pie crusts into pans and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then blend in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and orange zest. Divide evenly into the crusts.
- In another bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon over the cream cheese layer in each pie.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, and chopped pecans in a separate bowl; add melted butter until clumps form. Sprinkle crumb topping over pies.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before chilling for at least four hours.
