- 12 oz spaghetti pasta
- 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 small onion, finely diced
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Stir in flour, then gradually whisk in chicken broth and cream until smooth.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted; then mix in cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella until creamy.
- Combine chicken and spaghetti with the sauce; toss until evenly coated.
