Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and black pepper; add shredded chicken and toss until heated through.
- In the same skillet, melt additional butter, then add heavy cream and milk, stirring gently.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce; season with Italian seasoning.
- Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce and chicken; serve immediately.
