Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (approximately 1 pound)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss chicken strips in the seasoning until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray; place seasoned chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken strips. Roll tightly.
- Spray the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil spray; place seam-side down in the air fryer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
