  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 lb smoked turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place halved potatoes in the slow cooker and sprinkle with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Top the potatoes with the stick of butter.
  3. Layer green beans and diced onion over the potatoes, then sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  4. Add sliced smoked turkey sausage on top.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once each hour.
  6. Before serving, adjust seasoning to taste and keep on Warm setting until ready to enjoy.
