- 15 oz Golden Oreos (crushed)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, crushed Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, strawberry cake mix, and powdered sugar.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture over dry ingredients and gently fold until well coated.
- Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet and cool completely before breaking into pieces.
