Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef or turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meat mixture and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Once cooked through, remove the meat from the skillet. Whisk flour with some chicken broth until smooth in the same skillet. Gradually add remaining broth while whisking until thickened.
- Return the meat to the skillet, stirring well to coat with gravy. Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or bread.
