  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs (blend into a fine crumb, keep the filling)
  • 3.4 oz Chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream (for piping)
  • 1 TBSP Powdered sugar (for piping)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract (for piping)
  • Chocolate curls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixer, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Blend in eggs and vanilla extract; then mix dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion dough onto the prepared sheets. Bake for 11 minutes, then create shallow wells in each cookie before returning them to bake for an additional 2 minutes.
