Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
- ¾ tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Prepare a tray lined with baking paper.
- Peel bananas, cut in half, then slice each half lengthwise into quarters.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Spread approximately 1 tsp of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the banana slices to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 1-2 hours until set.
- Store in airtight containers in the freezer.
