Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then cook until fully cooked (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from heat and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining garlic butter. Sauté minced garlic, then stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Gradually add shredded mozzarella until melted. Toss in the cooked linguine and sliced chicken until evenly coated.
