Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken strips with Cajun and Italian seasonings.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté chicken until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken; in the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Whisk in softened cream cheese until smooth; stir in mozzarella until melted.
- Combine cooked chicken and linguine with the sauce; toss to coat well.
