Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (for steak)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for sauce)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced (for steak)

- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet; stir until melted and well-coated on the steak. Set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt remaining butter over medium heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and whole milk; gradually add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Mix cooked penne into the cheesy sauce along with the garlic butter steak tips. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
