  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet; stir until melted and well-coated on the steak. Set aside.
  3. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, melt remaining butter over medium heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk; gradually add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Mix cooked penne into the cheesy sauce along with the garlic butter steak tips. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
