- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to taste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes; then cube them. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- While potatoes are cooking, season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the seasoned chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Stir in minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add the air-fried potatoes to the skillet; toss to coat everything in sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese; cover to melt or broil briefly until bubbly.
