Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until combined.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer.
- Coat each chicken breast evenly with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown on top (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F).
