- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup milk or cream
- ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tbsp white truffle oil
- ground sage
- ground oregano
- ground thyme
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- grated parmesan cheese (to top)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a saucepan over medium/low heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour in milk or cream and add gorgonzola cheese. Stir continuously until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat, then incorporate white truffle oil and herbs. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
