Ingredients
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon green onions
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, baby spinach, chives, dill, green onions, garlic, and dried tarragon. Blend until finely chopped.
- Add light sour cream and light mayonnaise to the herb mixture. Then mix in half of the lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.
- Taste your dressing. Adjust seasoning by adding more lemon juice for brightness or honey for sweetness if needed.
