  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, baby spinach, chives, dill, green onions, garlic, and dried tarragon. Blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add light sour cream and light mayonnaise to the herb mixture. Then mix in half of the lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.
