Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and mix in the egg, sugars, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture until just combined.
- Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
