  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 green onions (cut into lengths)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ginger, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Coat the beef belly slices with the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef in a single layer. Sear until crispy (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add sliced onion and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until onions are soft.
