  • 3 tablespoons plant-based gelling agent (like agar-agar)

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone molds on a baking sheet or line an 8×8 dish with wax paper.
  2. Blend chopped fruit, vegetables, and apple juice until smooth. Add more juice if needed.
  3. Mix in honey and vanilla until combined.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk in the gelling agent until dissolved (do not boil).
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or dish, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Remove from molds or cut into squares to enjoy!
