  3. Mix softened oats, melted butter, and honey into the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour, cinnamon, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
  5. Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place dough in an oiled bowl; cover and let rise until doubled (1-1.5 hours).
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a log; place in a greased loaf pan and let rise again (30-40 minutes).
