- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss the grilled chicken in the creamy garlic sauce or drizzle it on top before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
