Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 bags chai tea
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, then remove from heat and steep chai tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Remove tea bags from the saucepan and stir in milk. Heat gently until warm but not boiling. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the pumpkin blend and whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, pour the chai-pumpkin mixture over ice, and top generously with whipped cream.
