Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend the room temperature cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the granulated sugar until fully dissolved.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in heavy cream, followed by flour and salt; mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is deeply golden.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
