Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made croissant dough (8 croissants)
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz, instant)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for ganache)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the croissant dough and cut it into triangles as per package instructions.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thick. Fold in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly from base to tip.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling; remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
- Dip cooled croissant tops in ganache, then place on wire racks to set.
