Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in crushed strawberries and white chocolate.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
