Ingredients
- 1 cup Pistachio Cream (or almond butter/hazelnut spread)
- 1 package Croissant Dough
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios (optional)
- 2 oz White Chocolate (for optional drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into triangles.
- Place 1 tablespoon of pistachio cream at the base of each triangle, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Roll each triangle from base to tip and pinch edges to seal.
- Whisk egg and water together; brush over each croissant.
- Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over cooled croissants.
